Voergaard has a huge collection of great stories about the previous owners, the unique art collection and all the legends and ghost stories linked to the castle. Our guided tours are exquisitely lead by our well prepared and enthusiastic team of tour guides who make sure that you and all guests are entertained by the great stories about Bishop Stygge Krympen, Noblewoman Ingeborg Skeel and last but not least the incredible story about the latest owner Count Ejnar Oberbech Clausen.
The stories travel far abroad and links to the history of Denmark and Europe. On the guided tour you are given the opportunity to get up close to the art collection and visit the beautiful living rooms and halls.
We have three daily tours in Danish and one in English. (See below) We are happy to hand out translated manuscripts at the start of the tour if you or a guest needs translation into one of the main languages: English, German or French.
